Thanks to Stu & Jan for reminding me that what is currently being built is not, as I keep referring to it as, "Phase2". It is actually 4 blocks on Phase 2 & 5 blocks on "Phase12."
I am sure that anyone who has bought on these blocks will be well aware what is being built but if not - happy days you will be amongst the next raft of owners on Terrazas.

Hi we have brought on Phase 12 block 293 and ours is being built it looks like block 291 is as well from what we saw. We went into Polaris offices and I have to say they were extremely helpful and advised us that our block is being built. We went down and as the above photos show yes they do look fantastic. They have progressed very quickly and I am sure if you email Polaris direct they will be able to let you know if your block is being started. We brought in 2007 July and we have been reading this web page for sometime and its been a great help both in whats happening or rather not and now yes its finally happening. From mortgage advice to furniture companies its great to share the advice as its a huge part of what we are all doing and thats for a little piece of luxury so any help in getting there is most welcome. We have vistied 5 times now and this is our most successful visit to date. We were advised that the part of phase 2 and 12 will be completed next year. No date as yet but when the question was asked Xmas 2010 then it was a no defnitely earlier. Also 9 holes of golf completed and the town centre will be started soon.
