I have obviously been slacking recently as I have just stumbled across a new Terrazas website produced by Resortalia - the management company who administer Terrazas (& I think Hacienda Riquelme)
To me, it looks like a decent start to introducing Resortalia and worth having a look. There are some good bits of info on there and they seem very keen to distance themselves from PW.
Realistically they will want to be well regarded by the community as it will be in the community's remit to get rid of them if they do not represent/ administrate the community in as satisfactory way.
There is also a listing of Phase 1 Presidents and you have to feel sorry for poor Maria Jose Ros Bas with the awesome responsibility of representing 46 out of 59 blocks.

ReplyDeleteWe are very happy to receive your new update,we are on phase 2 but our block has not been started yet.we were told that we could expect some news on our block in october.we will over look the 5th green, and the back will over look the towncentre and the islands.we are renting an apartment on Terrazas in Feb, so hope to have a better idea off how things are.we always rent on La Torre and go over twice a year,thanks for now C peterson 1.
